We are looking for a high-energy Jr. Business Development Executive who is hungry to learn, close deals, and grow with the company.

This role is focused on lead generation, prospect qualification, and revenue support for our ecommerce development (Shopify, WooCommerce), mobile app development (React / Flutter), and custom backend services.

If you are confident in communication, persuasive in approach, and ambitious about growth — this role is your launchpad into serious revenue leadership.

What you'll get to do...

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients via LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
  • Generate inbound & outbound leads
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
  • Maintain CRM database hygiene

2. Sales Coordination

  • Schedule discovery calls for senior sales / founder
  • Follow up with prospects consistently
  • Share proposals and coordinate client queries
  • Maintain pipeline tracking

3. Relationship Building

  • Build rapport with founders & business owners
  • Engage with ecommerce & startup communities
  • Support partnerships & referral channels

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain daily activity report
  • Weekly pipeline status report
  • Revenue tracking support
  • Conversion tracking

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce & tech services
  • Confidence in cold outreach & follow-ups
  • CRM knowledge (basic level)
  • Hunger to achieve targets

Experience working with:

  • HubSpot
  • Zoho CRM
  • LinkedIn
