Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead ecommerce and mobile application projects from planning to delivery — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

This role is mission-critical as we scale Shopify, WooCommerce, React, Flutter, and custom backend projects toward multi-crore annual revenue goals. The ideal candidate understands client communication, sprint planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll get to do...

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, milestones, and timelines
  • Create sprint plans and resource allocation
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule
  • Track project progress and resolve blockers

2. Team Coordination

  • Coordinate between UI/UX, Backend, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Conduct daily standups and sprint reviews
  • Ensure task clarity and accountability
  • Monitor productivity and delivery efficiency

3. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Conduct weekly status meetings
  • Manage change requests & scope revisions
  • Ensure client satisfaction and smooth handover

4. Risk Management & Quality Control

  • Identify delivery risks early
  • Create mitigation strategies
  • Monitor QA processes before deployment
  • Ensure production stability and post-launch support

5. Tools & Process Management

  • Maintain project documentation
  • Manage tasks using:
    • Jira
    • Asana
    • ClickUp
  • Track timelines, burn-down charts, and performance reports

Your experience should include...

  • Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies
  • Experience managing ecommerce & mobile app projects
  • Budget and timeline forecasting
  • Risk assessment & mitigation capability
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Shopify / WooCommerce
    • React / Flutter
    • Backend APIs
